TODAY WAS THE DAY FOR THE BEACH

First beach stop was at Waimea Beach Park, it was a busy place today quite a few sun worshipers. The waves were coming in good so the red flag was flying and not many in the water. A tree by the lifeguard station was decorated with sandles that had been lost and critters made out of drift wood and coconuts it was interesting.

We split a pulled pork sandwich and fries at Grass Skirt Grill, it was ono of course. The Mahi Mahi looked good too. The first 3 beach pictures are of the beach ouside of Haleiwa where we had lunch. The last four beach pictures are from the Sunset beach area. You can make out some surfer's in two of the pix', that is if you look really close. The last picture is of a palm tree growning out of a chunk of palm wood. Another fun day in the Islands.

Who knows what we will do tomorrow.......B
